The Presidents of Ukraine and France agreed on positions ahead of meetings in Europe

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and French President Emmanuel Macron have agreed on their positions ahead of upcoming talks between the leaders of the United States and Russia, as well as important meetings in Eure.

Zelensky announced this in his evening address, as reported by Ukrinform.

“I also spoke with French President Macron today. We agreed on our positions – both before the conversation between President Trump and Putin and before the future meetings in Eure. I want to express my gratitude to Emmanuel and the entire French people for their support,” he said.

Zelensky added that he discussed the situation with Argentine President Javier Mila, informing him of the situation at the front and the current negotiations.

“I informed him about the situation at the front and the progress of the negotiations. I told him that we were almost ready to take the first steps to end the conflict. And I called for Argentina's voice to be heard with sufficient confidence, as always, for the sake of peace,” he stressed.
