NATO Secretary General Discusses Path to Peace with Leaders of Ukraine, France and UK

At the Summit in Support of Ukraine in Paris, NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte coordinated efforts with the leaders of Ukraine, France and the United Kingdom to achieve a just and sustainable peace in Ukraine.

As reported by Ukrinform, Rutte announced a meeting on X.

“This morning I met with British Prime Minister Kiro Starmer, then with French President Emmanuel Macron and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy to prepare for today's conference in Paris and to coordinate our efforts to support a just and sustainable peace for Ukraine,” Rutte said.

As reported by Ukrinform, today in Paris the summit of the Coalition of the Willing is taking place, the main issues of which will be further assistance to Ukraine and discussion of the structure of future guarantees of the country's security after the end of the war.

The summit is attended by the presidents of Ukraine, France, Lithuania, Finland, Cyprus, the acting president of Romania, the chancellor of Germany, the prime ministers of Great Britain, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Spain, Croatia, Estonia, Greece, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, Norway, the Netherlands, Panama, Portugal, the Czech Republic, Slovenia and Sweden, the vice-president of Turkey, the presidents of the Council of Europe and the European Commission, and the secretary general of NATO. In addition, Austria, Australia and Canada are represented at ambassadorial level.
