Starmer spoke to Trump and Macron after meeting with Zelensky – media

British Prime Minister Keir Starmer has spoken by phone with US President Donald Trump and French President Emmanuel Macron following his meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in London.

According to The Independent, citing the PA agency, Starmer spoke with both leaders after meeting with Zelensky at Downing Street.

The report stressed that Starmer's conversation with Trump was the second in two days, as he “aims to act as a bridge between Europe and America and to maintain the unity of the transatlantic NATO alliance.” Details of those discussions were not disclosed.

Zelensky and Starmer met in London on Saturday to discuss ways to achieve a fair peace, security guarantees and concrete measures to strengthen Ukraine's position.

On Sunday, March 2, the UK will host a summit of European leaders dedicated to Ukraine.
