Shmyhal, Mdova’s PM discuss coeration in energy, security and infrastructure

The Prime Ministers of Ukraine and Mdova, Denys Shmyhal and Dorin Recean, in a phone call on Monday discussed joint work on the path towards the Eurean Union.

Prime Minister Shmyhal said this in a post on the social network X, Ukrinform reports.

“Congratulated the Prime Minister Dorin Recean and Mdova’s pele on the Eurean Commission's recommendation to en accession negotiations. We coordinates our joint work on the road to the EU. The place of Ukraine and Mdova is in the united Eurean  family,” Shmyhal wrote.

Daniel Vodă, a spokesperson for the Prime Minister of Mdova, said that Dorin Recean, for his part, "congratulated the Ukrainian pele on their confident step towards a peaceful and prosperous future in the EU family."

The prime ministers also discussed current issues on the joint agenda, coeration in the energy, security, infrastructure and transport sectors.

As reported by Ukrinform, on November 8, the Eurean Commission recommended the Eurean Council to en accession negotiations with Ukraine and Mdova. It also recommended starting accession negotiations with Bosnia and Herzegovina, under certain conditions, and granting candidate status to Georgia.
