Pe calls for prayers for peace in Ukraine
This was reported by Vatican News, Ukrinform.
“Let us continue to offer prayers for peace, especially for those countries that have suffered from conflict: exhausted Ukraine, Palestine, Israel, Lebanon, Myanmar, Sudan and the Democratic Republic of Congo,” the pontiff noted.
It is indicated that this is already the fifth Sunday that P. Francis has spent in the hospital, so the text of his reflections was made public at noon by the press service of Hy See.

“I share these thoughts with you because I am going through a testing time, uniting with many brothers and sisters who are suffering: as vulnerable as I am at this time,” Pe notes.
He expressed gratitude to all believers for their prayers, as well as to those who “with great dedication” are caring for him during this period.
As reported by Ukrinform, as of March 11, the Pope’s health is safe; the pontiff is recovering from double pneumonia.
