Finland has donated ambulances and humanitarian aid to Ukraine

Nine ambulances and a cargo of humanitarian aid arrived in Ukraine from Finland.

The Finnish Embassy in Ukraine reported this via Facebook, as reported by Ukrinform.

“Thanks to the outstanding efforts of the Finnish organizations Pro patria Suomi-Ukraina Ry, Lions Clubs International, the Society of Ukrainians in Finland and Ukrainians of Tampere, nine ambulances and humanitarian aid were delivered to Ukraine,” the embassy noted.

Finnish Ambassador Tarja Fernandes emphasized Finland's unwavering support for Ukraine since the outbreak of the full-scale war, confirming that this support continues.

“Finland is always with you and supports Ukraine as long as it is necessary,” the ambassador added.

In cooperation with Ukrainian partners OOO “U-Kran” and the charitable foundation “Dobrobut”, ambulances will be distributed to the regions most in need.

As previously reported by Ukrinform, British volunteers who recently visited the Lviv region donated 23 SUVs to the Ukrainian military as part of the “Pickups for Peace” initiative.
