Deposit Guarantee Fund for Individuals Paid Out UAH 2.4 Million to Depositors in February
In February 2025, the Deposit Guarantee Fund of Ukraine (DGF) made a payment of UAH 2.4 million in guaranteed compensation to depositors of liquidated banks.
The State Federal Service for Ukraine has informed about this, Ukrinform reports.
It is indicated that since the foundation of the fund, the total amount of guaranteed compensation paid by it has reached UAH 104.9 billion.
As of March 1, 2025, the fund’s resources amount to UAH 46.2 billion.
DGF emphasized that all guaranteed payments are made exclusively from its own funds.

Earlier, Ukrinform reported that the losses of Ukrainian banks due to Russia's actions from 2014 to 2022 exceeded UAH 70 billion.
