Zelensky: Russia has killed 184 Ukrainian athletes since February

“Since February, 184 Ukrainian athletes have died as a result of Russia's actions, and Russia itself uses sports for praganda purposes,” President of Ukraine Vodymyr Zelensky said during a conversation with President of the International ympic Committee Thomas Bach.

Zelensky also called on the IOC to contribute to the restoration of Ukraine’s sports infrastructure destroyed by Russia.

“A fair response for a terrorist state can only be complete isation in the international arena, in particular, this applies to international sports events,” the President noted.
