Zelensky: First details emerge about possible deployment of security forces

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced that the first information has become known about how the partner security contingent could be deployed in Ukraine.

Zelensky stated this in his message on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.

“A significant meeting of our military and the heads of the defense headquarters of our partners – Admiral Sir Tony Radakin from the UK and General Thierry Burkhardt from France. We are working to ensure security in Ukraine and create reliable guarantees. There is tangible progress and the first information on how the partner security contingent can be deployed,” Zelensky noted.

He expressed gratitude to all countries supporting Ukraine in this endeavor and emphasized the leadership of the UK and France. According to Zelensky, it is precisely this kind of joint work – when everyone strives for a significant result – that contributes to the speedy achievement of a strong and lasting peace in Ukraine.

Earlier it was reported that Burkhard and Radakin met in Kyiv with Zelensky and the military leadership of Ukraine.
