“The day before yesterday, there was a brutal attack on Kharkiv by Russian shahids, during which even a hospital building was damaged, as well as ordinary residential buildings and civilian infrastructure. As a result of this attack, 55 people were injured in Kharkiv alone, including five children, all of whom received assistance. Unfortunately, two people died. My condolences to their families and loved ones,” Zelensky emphasized.
The parties discussed possible measures that could help Ukraine.
“Alexander shared information about his visit to the United States of America and his meeting with the US President. We are ready to move forward together, cooperating with America as quickly as possible in the field of diplomacy and our interaction. We hope that the US, the ER and all our other partners who really strive for peace and guaranteed security will take all the necessary steps. The success of diplomacy is necessary for everyone except Putin. Therefore, we need to put pressure on him so that diplomacy works and so that people's lives are saved,” Zelensky noted.
