Estonian Foreign Minister arrives in Kyiv to participate in Verkhovna Rada session

During his visit to Kyiv on Tuesday, Estonian Foreign Minister Urmas Reinsalu attended a session of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

He wrote about this on Twitter, Ukrinform reports.

It is noted that Reinsalu met with the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Ruslan Stefanchuk.

“I had a good meeting with Ruslan Stefanchuk in Kyiv, Ukraine. We discussed raising the cost of war to Russia, including imposing additional sanctions to Russia & lowering the oil price cap, avoiding circumvention of sanctions. Also talked about Ukraine's path to EU & NATO,” the statement reads.

The Estonian Foreign Minister also joined the Ukrainian parliamentary session.

“Humbled & honored to participate in the parliamentary session of the Verkhovna Rada where accepted a thank you to Estonia for our unwavering support,” Reinsalu said, posting photos and videos.

As Ukrinform reported, on March 21, Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida arrived in Kyiv.
