The cherry blossom season will soon begin in Kyiv: beauty locations
In a few weeks, the Japanese cherry blossom season will begin in Kyiv. You can see this beauty in several areas of the city. Vgorode has collected the most interesting locations.
In addition to the well-known Fomin and Hryshko botanical gardens, sakura and magnolias also grow in the parks and squares of the capital.
Sakura will bloom in the following locations:
- Dniprovsky district: Verkhovnoi Rada Blvd., Darnytska Square, Peremoha Park;
- Desnyanskyi district: Kyoto park;
- Darnytskyi district: Partisan Glory Park;
- Shevchenkivskyi district: Independence Square, Landscape Alley, Syretsky Park, Volodymyrska Hill, square near the Golden Gates, Munich Square;
- Pechersk district: Navodnytskyi Park, Lypskyi Blvd., Maria Zankovetska Square, Square near the Ivan Franko Theater, Square near the Pechersk District State Administration;
- Podilskyi district: Kurenivskyi Park, square near the “Zhovten” cinema, square No. 3 on Kontraktova Square;
- Obolonskyi district: “Natalka” park, a square on Stepana Bandera Avenue, “Sad Kameniv”, “Pushcha-Vodytsia” park, Dnieper embankment;
- Solomyanskyi district: Mykola Zerov Park, Vidradnyi Park, Orlyatko Park, Maksym Shapoval Square, Solomyanskyi Landscape Park, Zaliznychnyi Square, Petro Kryvonos Square;
