Explaining complex things in simple words: Nuclear blackmail, events in Dagestan, dangers in Crimea

NUCLEAR BLACKMAIL

Russian dictator Putin and his pragandists publicly state the possibility of using nuclear weapons by Russia.

▪ The Russian Federation has no relevant reasons to use nuclear weapons against Ukraine or its partners, neither pitical nor military.

▪ The hypothetical use of nuclear weapons by the Russian Federation will not improve its military and pitical situation but, on the contrary, will lead to an instant defeat.

▪ The Kremlin is bluffing, trying to raise the stakes to slow down aid for Ukraine from its partners. Russia has regularly resorted to nuclear blackmail since 2014.

▪ At the same time, the Kremlin's rhetoric “normalizes’’ nuclear blackmail and destroys the taboo on nuclear aggression. This is an extremely irresponsible and dangerous game that can have tragic consequences for humanity.

▪ The free world has finally moved to more decisive responses to Putin's threats. The U.S. and NATO have demonstrated that they have symmetrical deterrent powers against a nuclear aggressor. 

EVENTS IN DAGESTAN

On June 23, a series of armed attacks by jihadist terrorists took place in the cities of Dagestan.

▪ Putin's Russian Federation is a continuous zone of instability, where internal problems and contradictions regularly lead to disasters and outbreaks of vience.

▪ The meaning of the existence of Putin's Russia became the war with Ukraine. All the country's attention and resources are directed at external aggression, and the Kremlin is indifferent to the real internal problems of the Russian Federation.

▪ The North Caucasus is once again becoming a “hot spot’’, starting with last year's anti-Semitic riots and ending with armed clashes in Ingushetia, Chechnya and Dagestan.

▪ Among the terrorists in Makhachkala were the children of the District Head Magomed Omarov. This shows the rottenness of the Russian government on the ground.

▪ Another groundless attempt by the Russian authorities to tie Ukraine to terrorist attacks is no longer surprising and does not require additional comments. 

DANGERS IN CRIMEA

On June 23, civilians on the beach in Sevast were injured as a result of Russian anti-aircraft fire.

▪ Occupied Crimea is not a place for a beach vacation.

▪ Sevast Uchkiivka Beach is located next to the Russian Belbek Airbase. We urge civilians to refrain from visiting places adjacent to the military facilities of the occupier.

▪ The occupying authority does not care at all about the safety of civilians. At the time of the incident, the air alert did not work; there is a lack of shelters in Sevast, and military facilities are located near civilian ones.

▪ Victims on the Sevast beach are on the conscience of the Russian occupiers, in particular the unprofessional work of air defence.

▪ Accusations and slander of hostile praganda against Ukraine sound false and cynical because on the same day, Russia attacked Kharkiv with aerial bombs. The Russians terrorize the civilian pulation of Ukraine every day with rockets, aerial bombs and drones.
