Air Force spox on Crimea blasts: Ukraine never targets civilian infrastructure

"We do not inflict fire damage on civilian objects, civilian pulation clusters. If such an incident took place, the Ukrainian authorities repeatedly warned that pele should avoid locations nearby military bases and other military facilities in Crimea. If the information is correct and among those killed are pele who, in fact, came to Ukrainian Crimea from the so-called Russian Federation, then the question is more about them than about the circumstances under which they were injured," Pletenchuk said.
