Ukrfinzhilye and the Association of Developers of Ukraine launch the Developer's Cabinet

Ukrfinzhytlobud together with the Association of Developers of Ukraine (ADU) initiated the launch of the Developer Account, a digital platform with unique interfaces for construction companies, banks and regulatory authorities. The main goal of this initiative is to simplify the process of accreditation of construction projects and facilitate the submission of mortgage applications through the e-government platform Diia.

“We strive for transparency, digitalization and optimization of all processes. With the help of such solutions, we hope to significantly speed up the accreditation processes,” said Yevgeny Metzger, Chairman of the Board of Ukrfinzhilprom, at the First Forum on Affordable Mortgages in Kyiv on March 27.

The developer's office will be responsible for accrediting projects, submitting applications, checking compliance and making decisions. Developers, Ukrfinzhiltlo and banks will have special control panels for processing applications and interaction.

Once accredited, projects will be available on an open platform where buyers can search for properties by location, developer or price, check construction status, evaluate mortgage terms and apply through Diia.

Metzger described the developer account as a “showcase” where banks can access the necessary documentation and speed up the accreditation process. If two banks have already accredited a developer, a third bank can do so automatically based on existing assessments.

UGA fully financed this project, and during the forum, Ukrfinzhytlobud and UGA signed a memorandum of cooperation.

As First Deputy Prime Minister of Economy Yulia Sviridenko reported at the forum, 98 developers accredited by partner banks and 226 residential complexes with apartments are currently participating in the state mortgage program eOselia, operated by Ukrfinzhilstroy.
