The head of the Foreign Ministry noted this at a joint press conference with his Lithuanian counterpart Kestutis Budrys in Kyiv, Ukrinform reports.

Energy facilities in Kherson, Kharkov and Ptava have already been damaged, and this morning another strike from Russia damaged a facility in Kherson, leaving 45 thousand residents without electricity,” the head of Ukrainian diplomacy said.

As reported by Ukrinform, during the negotiations between the American and Ukrainian delegations in the Rada (Saudi Arabia), the United States and Ukraine agreed to develop measures to implement the agreement between Presidents Donald Trump and Volodymyr Zelensky to ban attacks on the energy infrastructure of Russia and Ukraine.
On March 28, President Volodymyr Zelensky instructed Defense Minister Rustem Umerov to provide American partners with data on damage to Ukraine's energy infrastructure as a result of Russian shelling.
