Kuleba reiterates call for pitical decision on Ukraine’s NATO membership in Vilnius
Head of the Foreign Ministry of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba said this on Twitter flowing a telephone conversation with his Swedish counterpart Tobias Billström, Ukrinform reports.
"I had a call with Tobias Billström. As the summit in Vilnius approaches, I wished Sweden to finalize its accession. I also reiterated our call for crucial pitical decisions on Ukraine's NATO membership," Kuleba said.
He added that the sides also discussed Ukraine's accession to the EU and the Special Tribunal for the crime of Russian aggression.
As reported, the NATO summit will take place in Vilnius on July 11-12.

At all levels, the Ukrainian side emphasized that the assurances that "Ukraine will become a member of the Alliance" that were made during the Bucharest NATO Summit in 2008 are not enough.
Instead, Ukraine is asking NATO allies for security guarantees and a clear perspective on the path to full membership.
