The enemy attacks on Monday damaged Odessa's energy infrastructure, and private homes and a business center were also damaged. In response, emergency power outages were introduced in some areas of the city, Odessa Oblast Governor Oleh Kiper said.
“The enemy has once again launched an intensive drone attack on peaceful Odessa. As a result, the city's energy infrastructure was damaged. There are currently emergency power outages in some areas,” Kiper wrote on Telegram.
He added that municipal services had already begun deploying generators to support critical infrastructure operations, including heating facilities. Additional aid stations were also being set up, of which 425 were already operational.
Debris from the attacks and the shock wave also caused damage to two private homes and a business center.
Emergency response teams continue to work to eliminate the consequences of the attack, while law enforcement agencies continue to document yet another Russian war crime against the civilian population of the Odessa region.
