HACC returns assets of Russian Tatneft to Ukraine
The ministry's press service reported this, an Ukrinform correspondent reported.
By the court decision, Ukraine restored its rights to the shares of companies that were directly owned by Tatneft, namely: 100% of the shares in the authorized capital of Tatneft-AZS-Ukraine, 92.98% of the shares in the authorized capital of Kharkov-Capital LLC and 88.97% of the shares in the authorized capital of Ptava-Capital LLC.
These companies own oil depots, gas stations, non-residential buildings, land plots, fuel trucks and vehicles in the Kharkiv and Ptava regions.
The decision of the Supreme Arbitration Court can be appealed within five days from the date of publication of its full text on the court’s website.
As noted by the Ministry, PAO Tatneft named after V.D. Shashin is one of the leading industrial associations in Russia, which is engaged in the extraction, processing and sale of petroleum products. This strategically important enterprise consistently pays significant taxes to the Russian budget, providing funding for the development and support of the country's military-industrial complex.
Tatneft companies strengthen Russia's energy and economic potential, which is used by the aggressor to wage war against Ukraine. For example, one of the Group's key assets, the oil and gas company TANECO, produces about 20 types of products, including aviation kerosene and diesel fuel, which are supplied to Russian defense and industrial enterprises.
We remind you that in June 2024, the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) allowed PJSC Ukrnafta to acquire more than 50% of the shares of companies affiliated with the Russian Tatnet.
