All JYSK stores in Ukraine suspend their activities

KYIV. Feb 24 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Due to Russia's military invasion of Ukraine, all JYSK stores in the country have suspended their activities, Executive Director of JYSK in Ukraine Yevhen Ivanitsa told Interfax-Ukraine on Thursday.

"The lives of employees and customers are the main value," Ivanitsa said.

Further changes in the company's activities will be announced on the official pages.

The JYSK network began to develop in Ukraine as a b2c business in 2004. As of December 2021, it is represented by 85 stores, as well as the JYSK.ua online store.

In the international market, the JYSK network has more than 3 thousand stores in 50 countries, mainly in Europe.

JYSK is part of the family group Lars Larsen Group. JYSK's turnover was almost EUR 4.5 billion in the 2020/21 fiscal year.
