Yuri Ushakov, an aide to Russian leader Vladimir Putin, claims that the United States has made a number of “interesting” proposals to Moscow regarding ending the war in Ukraine.

At the same time, he added that these proposals have not yet been implemented. In addition, Ushakov says that the US is able to “put pressure” on Kyiv.
“The Americans could quite possibly, so to speak, really put pressure and influence on Kyiv,” said Ushakov.
