
On the night of February 21, units of the Missile Forces and artillery of the Armed Forces of Ukraine struck key facilities of the Russian military-industrial complex and logistics.

According to the General Staff, the Votkinsk Plant in the city of Votkinsk (Udmurt Republic, Russian Federation) was attacked with FP-5 Flamingo cruise missiles. A fire was recorded on the territory of the facility, the extent of which is being clarified.
The Votkinsk Plant is engaged in the production of RS-24 Yars intercontinental ballistic missiles and their modifications, R-30 Bulava ballistic missiles for Borei-A submarines, as well as missiles for the Iskander-M complexes and the Kinzhal aviation complex. This was reported by the General Staff.
The Ukrainian Defense Forces also struck the Neftegorsk gas processing plant in the Samara region of the Russian Federation, which supplies the Russian army. A fire was also recorded on the territory of the plant, the extent of which is being clarified.
According to the General Staff, in the Donetsk region, the Armed Forces of Ukraine struck a fuel and lubricants warehouse and a drone production workshop, and in Polohy, Zaporizhia, a warehouse of material and technical equipment.
