President Volodymyr Zelenskyy reported that Ukraine is preparing an updated draft law on the circulation of civilian firearms.

What kind of weapons law is being prepared in Ukraine?
According to Zelensky, Interior Minister Ihor Klymenko reported on the work on the changes, which involved a wide group of specialists. This includes not only representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, but also people's deputies, the military, law enforcement officers, the public sector, and business.
I thank everyone for their concern. Ukraine needs a modern and strong law on civilian firearms, which will protect citizens without weapons and regulate the real situation for those who own weapons,
