Journalists reported that a farewell ceremony for the deceased took place in the village of Verba in the Volyn region on February 25. Her colleagues, relatives, and friends came to the funeral of the patrol officer.

According to the National Police, Viktoria was a senior police lieutenant originally from Volyn. She was one of the first to arrive at the call that night.
