What are the consequences of the attack on the Kyiv region?

- Meanwhile, the Kyiv region police report 4 deaths: three in Brovary and one in Vyshgorod district. They also say that 10 people were injured. - The Russians hit a commuter train in the Kharkiv region with a drone. The passengers were not injured.
