
Ukrainian military strikes Russian checkpoint in Oleshki / Channel 24 collage
Ukrainian fighters used FPV drones to attack a Russian drone base in Oleshki, Kherson region. As a result of their effective work, they managed to eliminate some of the occupiers.
This was reported on the Telegram channel “Forpost”, which was created to cover current information regarding the activities of the 34th Separate Marine Brigade.
What is known about the strike on the drone point in Oleshki?
It is noted that the Marines struck a swarm of FPV drones at a building that the enemy was using as a position for UAV operators.
At the same time, Ukrainian drones attacked at the very moment when equipment, fuel, and personnel were being brought to the positions.

As a result of the hits, a fire broke out on the spot, the building burned down, and 15 occupiers were eliminated. Some of the enemy soldiers died from the debris, while others suffocated inside the building.

Recall that the other day the SBU attacked the FSB headquarters and the Pantsir-S1 anti-aircraft complex in the occupied part of the Kherson region. According to the president, there are hundreds of dead and wounded among the Russian military.
What is the situation in the Kherson region?
It was recently reported that Ukraine has agreed on all necessary conditions for the potential evacuation of civilians from temporarily occupied Oleshki. Preliminary estimates are about 6,000 people, including about two hundred children.
Meanwhile, the occupation administration has imposed restrictions on the movement of freight transport in the occupied part of the Kherson region along the highway leading towards the checkpoint to Crimea.
In a comment to Channel 24 , the spokesman for the Ukrainian Volunteer Army, Serhiy Bratchuk, called this direction a “road of death” for Russian logistics and noted that strikes on transport routes could affect the situation on the front.
