“Syrsky reported that they (the Russians – Channel 24) are currently forming 110 thousand (Russian military – Channel 24). They have a plan every year – 400 thousand. Our plan is for at least 400 thousand of them to be destroyed in a year. If that happens, they will have to make other decisions,” Zelensky summed up.
