- Advisor to the OPU Podoliak named several topics that really concern the head of the Kremlin, emphasizing that among them there is definitely no one that concerns the growing losses of his army.
- The Russian dictator is not concerned about the situation in the Russian regions bordering Ukraine.

Russia is losing more than 250 soldiers per square kilometer. In the Donetsk region, the average is 428. For the Kremlin, the huge losses of the Russian army at the front are worthless; soldiers are perceived as nothing more than an expendable resource to achieve Putin's goals.
This was stated by Mykhailo Podolyak, an advisor to the President's Office, in an interview with Channel 24 , adding that such disappointing statistics for Russia should influence Ukrainian partners so that they realize that the Armed Forces of Ukraine are managing to wage an effective counter-war.
What is Putin worried about as Russia's losses on the front grow?
The OPU advisor emphasized that the Minister of Defense of Ukraine Mykhailo Fedorov is acting correctly today, stating that it is thanks to Ukrainian technologies, a significant increase in the production of drones and SOU missiles that it is possible to significantly destroy the Russian occupiers. Podoliak once again emphasized that the only thing that Russia feels and perceives is force. Therefore, it is worth moving in this direction.
Today, Ukraine is showing its ability to increasingly eliminate Russian army fighters. Already, the enemy's monthly losses on the battlefield exceed the number of troops mobilized by Russia to the front.
“Putin is not affected by the specific number of Russian losses. Moreover, he is completely unaware of how the economy works. All this is nonsense for him. There are overvalued ideas within which he feels comfortable, for example, “taking” Kupyansk. He wakes up in the morning, they give him a map and tell him that his army supposedly took this city. After 2 days, he forgets about it, they give him new information, he doesn't care how much manpower was spent on it,” Podoliak explained.
According to the advisor to the President's Office, the Russian dictator is not at all concerned about what is happening in the regions bordering Ukraine, in particular Belgorod and Rostov. As Podoliak noted, the Kremlin leader is only concerned about 3 things and he listed them.
First: the number of Ukrainians killed. He is shown statistics, destruction, videos. He enjoys it. Second: how much income he, his family and his entourage receive. Third: he is worried about how he is perceived in the world, how he is talked about. He really likes it when someone in Europe says that he needs to call Putin,
– said Podoliak.
In conclusion, the OPU advisor noted that the figures for the losses of the Russian army, announced by Fedorov during the meeting of the Contact Group on Defense of Ukraine in the “Ramstein” format, became a clear characteristic of the new reality and subjectivity of our state.
According to Podoliak, the Ukrainian army is now demonstrating that it can achieve such an indicator of eliminated Russian fighters that few people could have thought of before. Ukraine has the appropriate tools for this, the only thing it feels it needs is more active participation of partners in the direction of investments and logistics.
Note! Head of the Ukrainian Center for Security and Cooperation Serhiy Kuzan emphasized that despite the considerable cash payments ($26,000), it is becoming increasingly difficult for Russia to recruit new manpower for the army. The mobilization figures remain the same, but losses have doubled. If the Armed Forces of Ukraine manage to inflict monthly executions on the enemy at the level of 50,000 people, then, according to Kuzan, Russia's advance will be stopped.
