On Wednesday, January 28, Ukraine will again be subject to power outage schedules. Due to massive Russian attacks on the energy sector, the lights will also be turned off in Odessa and the region.

In part of the Odessa region, stabilization power outage schedules will be in effect again on January 28. DTEK clarified that the power outages are in effect only for residents of the region and only where the state of the network allows.
Meanwhile, emergency power outages continue in Odessa, parts of the Odessa district, and some district centers of the Odessa region.
