There will be no significant temperature changes in Ukraine by the end of this week and at the beginning of the new one. Night frosts are still possible in some regions, but in some places real spring weather will gradually prevail.
This was reported by the representative of the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center, Natalia Ptukha, in a comment to RBC-Ukraine.
What will the temperatures be in Ukraine?
The weather forecaster explained that the clearing is causing the surface layer of air to cool, as the air mass is not yet warm enough, so nighttime temperatures will still remain freezing.
According to her, the coldest part of the country in the coming days may still be the northeastern part of the country, for example, in this region, temperature drops in the range of 6 to 8 degrees below zero are possible.
During the day, in most regions, due to clearing, the air temperature will rise and will be from 3 to 8 degrees Celsius. Already on March 8 and 9, except for the northeast and east, it may be from 7 to 15 degrees Celsius.
In the future – on March 10-11 – the high pressure field will also persist. At night, the temperature will be from 4 degrees Celsius to 3 degrees Celsius, a little higher, and during the day – +9…+15 degrees,

The most comfortable air temperature may be in Transcarpathia and Prykarpattia. According to the Ukrhydrometeorological Center, on the above-mentioned days the air temperature there is likely to warm up, in some places – from 16 to 18 degrees Celsius.

Spring weather without precipitation will prevail in Ukraine over the weekend. The weather forecast will be determined by a low-speed cyclone, which will bring dry air, low cloud cover, and light wind. The temperature will be above normal.

Quite comfortable weather conditions indicate that meteorological spring has already arrived in some parts of Ukraine. In early March, the heat will still be “moderate” and without significant precipitation due to the blocking process.
