I've been wearing white shoes for years: my way to have snow-white shoes even after months of wearing them

Very often, after a month or two of wearing, your favorite sneakers become yellowish or grayish (and this is provided that you always wear them in dry weather and generally wear them very carefully/carefully), informs Ukr.Media.

However, I have found a way to keep my white shoes in good condition. Today I will share it with you.

Yes, I won't discover America, but perhaps some of you will take note of such care. In general, I will be glad if the article turns out to be useful for someone.

So, first of all, after buying shoes, I always apply a water-repellent coating (a good layer). THIS IS A MUST! I don't leave the house without this coating. I buy any water-repellent coating — I don't see any difference in them at all except the price.

The thing is that this coating seems to fill the relief of the product material, and dust and other small debris simply cannot get into this relief. And in most cases, it is after dust gets into these micro-folds of the material that the shoes are given a grayish color. The shoes lose their appearance very quickly. And it is easier to wipe stains from soaked shoes – impregnation prevents dirt from absorbing into the shoe material itself.

By the way, I apply this coating after any cleaning of my shoes — whether I washed them with soap or another product, or simply wiped them with napkins. There is one rule — if any product other than plain water and a sponge/rag was used, then a water-repellent coating is a must.
