There are temporary technical difficulties with the Reserve+ mobile application. Currently, there are problems with access to the service, which makes it impossible to obtain information from the registers.
This has led to a limitation of the service's functionality, with basic digital documents remaining inaccessible to those liable for military service, reports Channel 24 .
Why is Reserve+ not working?
At the time of publication of the news, there was no information about the reasons for the service failures. The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has not yet commented. At the same time, many complaints about the inability to access the program and documents can be found online.

What to do if Reserve+ is not working?
Problems with the application do not occur often, but users know that updating data from registers can take a long time. In this case, the Ministry of Internal Affairs advises saving a copy of the document on your smartphone and updating it periodically.
New feature in Reserve+
The day before, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine completed testing and officially introduced the possibility of online military registration through the Reserve+ mobile application.
The new feature is designed to eliminate paperwork and reduce the burden on territorial procurement centers. The service allows some citizens to complete the necessary documents remotely, avoiding personal visits to institutions.
However, it is possible that the failed update was the cause of the application crashes. It is also currently unknown how quickly the problem will be resolved.
