What is known about the Reserve+ malfunction?
The Reserve+ app gives an error when logging in and asks for an update. However, there is no update in the Play Store or AppStore. Reinstalling does not change the situation.
The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine later commented on this situation and explained that the application had a technical failure, so it was temporarily unavailable.
At 12:02, the Ministry of Defense reported that the stable operation of Reserve+ had been restored.
Previously, they promised that the application would be restored within 24 hours, but an electronic military registration document can also be generated on the Diya portal at the link.
Later, at 2:50 p.m., users again began reporting another failure in the application. In particular, some people were “kicked out” of their accounts and are unable to log in again. It is currently unknown when the application will be finally restored.
