The developers of the popular AnTuTu benchmark have published a fresh ranking of the most productive sub-flagship Android smartphones for February 2026. Most of the positions in the top ten were occupied by models with MediaTek Dimensity series processors.
The AnTuTu benchmark team has summarized the results of performance testing of sub-flagship smartphones for February 2026. The statistics are based on the average results obtained by users in the AnTuTu Benchmark V11 application from February 1 to 28, reports 24 Channel .
Which smartphones have become the most powerful in the mid-range price segment?
The list includes upper-middle-class devices – so-called sub-flagships, which offer powerful hardware at a lower price than full-fledged flagships.
This segment didn't see many big-name launches in February, but several new models quickly made it into the rankings. The most notable newcomers were the Honor Power 2 , Redmi Turbo 5 , and Oppo Reno 15 series smartphones.

The first place was taken by Honor Power 2. According to the results of the tests, it scored an average of 2201537 points. The smartphone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8500 Elite processor, which uses the Cortex-A725 core architecture. This chip was an evolution of the previous generation, but received increased operating frequencies, which had a positive effect on overall performance, Mashable reports.
Another notable feature of the model is the battery with a capacity of 10,080 mAh. Despite such a large battery, the manufacturer managed to maintain a thin body: the thickness of the device is only 7.98 mm.
Oppo Reno 15 Pro and 15
The second place in the ranking was taken by the Oppo Reno 15 Pro , which scored 2,113,019 points. The model is equipped with a Dimensity 8400-Max processor, Beebom Gadgets reports. Immediately behind it is the Oppo Reno 15 , the basic version of the series, which uses the same chipset and shows an average result of 2,102,547 points.

Redmi Turbo 5
Another newcomer to the ranking is the Redmi Turbo 5. The smartphone received the Dimensity 8500 Ultra processor and was able to rise to fourth place with a score of 2,087,575 points.

What other smartphones made it into the Antutu ranking?
The other positions in the top ten are occupied by models that appeared on the market earlier, but still remain competitive in terms of performance.
- Oppo Reno 14 Pro – fifth place with a score of 2,080,957 points;
- iQOO Z10 Turbo – sixth place, 1,995,751 points;
- Redmi Turbo 4 – seventh place, 1,964,441 points;
- Oppo Reno 14 – eighth place, 1,614,550 points;
- Redmi Note 12 Turbo – ninth place, 1,304,873 points;
- OnePlus Turbo 6V with Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 processor – tenth place with a score of 1,089,387 points.
The February AnTuTu ranking shows a clear trend: the sub-flagship segment is currently dominated by MediaTek Dimensity processors of the 8500 and 8400 series. At the same time, several new models were able to quickly enter the top, which indicates a very rapid development of performance in the mid-range of smartphones.
