The French national hockey team is outraged that their defenseman Pierre Crinon was suspended early from participating in the 2026 Winter Olympics.
The decision to suspend Crinon was made by the French Hockey Federation (FFHG) following an incident in the match against Canada and “inappropriate behavior off the ice rink” due to a fight he had with Canadian forward Tom Wilson seven minutes before the end of the game, which the French lost (2:10).
