Ukrainian Paralympians Win Six Medals at Swimming Tournament in Paris
Ukrainian Paralympians won six medals at the prestigious World Series tournament in the French capital.
According to the press service of the National Committee for Sports of the Disabled of Ukraine, 214 Paralympic athletes from 46 countries participated in the competition. Ukraine was represented by 11 athletes, Ukrinform reports.
Denis Ostapchenko brought Ukraine two gold medals (in the 50m backstroke and 150m individual medley).
Bronze medals were won by Denis Ostapchenko (200m freestyle), Evgeny Bogodayko (100m breaststroke and 50m butterfly) and Igor Nimchenko (50m freestyle).

In Paris, Ukrainian parachutists also met the qualification requirements to participate in the 2025 World Championships.
