The Ukrainian women's basketball team learned the names of its opponents in the second stage of qualification for the 2027 European Championship. According to the results of the draw, the “blue-yellow” team was placed in Group M, where its rivals were France, Great Britain, and Luxembourg.
The Ukrainian national team's qualification to the second stage of the qualification was determined by the results of the final matches of the first stage. The two best teams from each group, as well as the three teams from among those that took third places, advanced to the next round. Ukraine, which finished the stage in third place, was included in the list of these three teams, which allowed it to continue the fight for a place at EuroBasket-2027.
