The Ukrainian U19 national team defeated Estonia and advanced to the second round of Euro 2027 football qualifying

Ukraine U19 Junior National Team Footballers born in 2008. made it to the second round of Euro 2027 football qualifications after a crushing victory in the final match over Estonia — 4:0.

The qualification for UEFA EURO 2027 among under-19s is held in the format of Leagues (A and B). To advance to the second round of the competition in Division A, the Ukrainian team had to take a place no lower than third in its group. According to the regulations, the three best teams of each League A quartet remain in the elite division, while the fourth team is relegated to League B.

The Ukrainian junior national team came into the third round match after two consecutive defeats: in the opening match of the Euro 2027 qualifiers, the “blue and yellow” lost to the Finnish national team with a score of 1:2, and in the second round they were defeated by the Czech Republic (1:3).
