As a reminder from the Security Service, in December 2025, one such submarine was struck by the SBU’s “Sub Sea Baby” underwater vehicles.

The inquiry further determined Olkhovsky’s active participation in war efforts as the chief of a combat unit on a Russian Black Sea Fleet submarine.

In this role, the defector was tasked with overseeing and navigating the submarine, as well as establishing the trajectory to operational posts from which the invaders unleash Kalibr cruise missiles throughout Ukraine.

Key “aims” of the submarine’s crew encompass civic infrastructure sites and vital services crucial for the well-being of our country’s population.

Based on the amassed proof, investigators from the Security Service have formally accused Oleksiy Olkhovskyi, in absentia, under Article 111, Part 1, of Ukraine’s Criminal Code (high treason).

Given Olkhovsky’s location within Ukraine’s temporarily occupied area, exhaustive strategies are underway to locate and bring him to justice.
