The event transpired on Chornomorskoho Kozakstva Street in the Peresypskyi neighborhood. During a patrol, a private disagreement erupted between a duo of soldiers from the alert group of one of the district TCCs and SPs of the city of Odessa.
Amidst the heated exchange, one of the individuals, in serious breach of protocol, fired a blank round skyward from a signal device (starting pistol “Erma”). It must be emphasized that no official weapons were utilized, and the affair resulted in zero casualties.

As emphasized by the TCC, claims spreading online suggesting “the shooting of individuals fleeing the scene” are unfounded and intended “to discredit the mobilization effort.”
