As determined by the inquiry, he presented untrue testimony concerning the signing of a borrowing arrangement, purportedly to legitimize the origin of the accused official’s possessions. In reality, he contrived phony evidence for his own safeguard.

Additionally, he inserted incorrect data into his own 2024 tax filing, indicating a non-existent borrowing to a separate entity. He also employed a falsified agreement and initiated legal action to retrieve a debt that didn’t exist.

The actions attributed to the suspect are classified under the ensuing sections of the Criminal Code of Ukraine:

  • Section 2 of Article 384 (misleading a legal court or any other body authorized to act);
    • Section 4 of Article 358 (utilization of a deliberately falsified piece of paperwork);
      • Section 2 of Article 366-2 (reporting untrue details).

        He may be sentenced to a prison term ranging from two to five years.
