Following investigative outcomes, 152 Russian invaders have been formally notified as suspects concerning the perpetration of war-related offenses within the Kyiv region. Accusations have been lodged against 109 invaders. To date, 22 Russian invaders have received sentences involving varying durations of imprisonment.
Russian military personnel also annihilated or compromised 20,504 infrastructural elements of civilian utility within the Kyiv region, encompassing:
- 19,993 residential properties;
- 221 educational institutions;
- 24 medical establishments;
- 7 places of cultural heritage;
- 10 sacred edifices;
- 269 essential service networks (gas conduits, water conduits, electrical grids).
