Law enforcement in Oslo stated that Hebe was taken into custody the night prior on renewed accusations of attempted battery, threats involving a knife, and infringement of a protective mandate. These accusations have been incorporated into an ongoing legal proceeding currently before the court.

Per media publications, the formal accusation contains a total of 38 counts. Amongst the most severe allegations are four episodes of supposed sexual assault, in addition to both bodily and mental mistreatment aimed at various former romantic partners. The inquiry suggests that some of the transgressions occurred when the targeted individuals were either unconscious or significantly inebriated.

Authorities affirm they possess photographic and video records. Hebe himself has previously acknowledged behaving under the effects of both cocaine and alcoholic beverages and has a chronic substance abuse issue. Upon conviction, he could be sentenced to a term of incarceration reaching up to 16 years.
