In Lviv, three medics from the MSEK are accused of creating 56 bogus disability certificates for individuals subject to military service. This enabled 36 males to depart the country unlawfully.

A case has been filed in the Lviv court system against a trio of physicians from the inter-district MSEK, charged with the fraudulent issuance of 56 disability statuses to those eligible for draft. According to the probe, this permitted scores of individuals to cross borders illicitly. This information comes from the Prosecutor General's Office, as UNN reports.

The Frankivsk District Attorney’s Office in Lviv has forwarded an indictment to the court involving three doctors associated with the Interdistrict Medical Assessment Commission.
Per the inquiry, during 2022, they generated falsified documents concerning the third category of disability for military recruits. They reportedly skipped medical evaluations altogether; individuals never even participated in commission gatherings, and the records were assembled using fabricated medical documents.
Consequentially, 56 persons obtained unlawful disability status, with 36 subsequently departing abroad and not coming back.

The doctors face accusations of aiding the unlawful transportation of individuals across Ukraine’s national boundary, alongside crafting and dispensing intentionally misleading official paperwork carried out by a group (Section 3 of Article 332, Part 1 of Article 28, Part 1 of Article 366 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
