According to representatives of law enforcement, the matter encompasses the utilization of bogus medical forms and records pertaining to the supposed requirement to provide care for relatives with disabilities. The accused submitted these documents to the appropriate institutions to secure postponements from mobilization or premature termination of military obligation.
During the investigations, it came to light that, in specific situations, the individuals purportedly being cared for did not possess a legally recognized disability or did not necessitate ongoing supervision. In separate incidents, health-related documents displayed erroneous data about the state of health of men of conscription age.
