In the city, law enforcement officials have brought to administrative liability a 21-year-old vlogger who, during widespread power disruptions, orchestrated a conspicuous stunt to gain traction on social media platforms. This was communicated by the Kyiv police, UNN reports.

During observation of social networks, officers noticed a clip where a young individual, inside a hired limousine equipped with dazzling lights, was traveling across the city center and conspicuously flaunting a stack of cash.
Subsequently, aiming for more captivating content, the offender initiated a dispute with a pedestrian. During the exchange, he replied disrespectfully to the older woman’s statements, intending to provoke public indignation.
Officers of the law prepared an administrative protocol against the content creator according to Article 173 of the Ukrainian Code regarding Administrative Violations – relating to petty hooliganism.
