The Kyiv Court of Appeal has diminished the security for former magistrate Oleksiy Tandyr to 20 million hryvnias, as stated to UNN by Iryna Vynokurova, the press officer for the Kyiv City Prosecutor's Office.

As reported by UNN, this past January, the Sviatoshynskyi District Court of Kyiv prolonged the restraining measure for the previous magistrate, Oleksiy Tandyr, facing accusations related to a deadly vehicular collision at a security stop, maintaining his detention with a bond fixed at UAH 119 million 880 thousand.
