Law enforcement agents have determined that a capital inhabitant consistently perpetrated brutality towards her 9-year-old boy in 2024-2025. According to inquiries, the woman confined the child in the apartment's lavatory overnight, at times unclothed, and routinely bound the boy with a telephone charging cable, restricting his movements.
Exploiting the child's apprehension and hunger, the mother compelled the boy to consume a stale slice of bread, allowing him one minute to accomplish this. The boy lacked sufficient time to ingest the bread, so the mother inflicted gashes on the child's head utilizing a kitchen knife. The child endured perpetual strikes with extremities and anything accessible to the mother. The woman further denigrated the boy verbally, wishing his demise. The child's torment persisted until the mother, aiming to penalize the child, jammed his hand in the doorway and shut it. The wounded hand was observed at the educational institution
