Zelensky: success of Ukraine’s Victory Plan depends on partners

President Vodymyr Zelensky stated this during his speech in the Verkhovna Rada, as reported by a Ukrinform correspondent.

“The Victory Plan for Ukraine is a strategy to strengthen our country, to strengthen our positions. It is about being strong enough to finish this war with Ukraine at full strength,” he emphasized.

The President stressed that while the Plan is achievable, its successful implementation relies on international partners.

“This depends on our partners. I stress: on our partners. It certainly does not depend on Russia,” Zelensky reiterated.

According to Zelensky, the world can see that Russia is not seeking an honest peace, “but together with our partners, we must change the circumstances to end the war, regardless of what Putin desires.”

“We must all alter the circumstances so that Russia is compelled to seek peace,” he declared.

Previously, at the ‘Ukraine – Southeast Eure’ summit in Dubrovnik, Croatia, Zelensky stated that the Victory Plan represents both a geitical and battlefield strengthening of Ukraine, which must be put in place ahead of any format of dialogue with the aggressor.
