Zelensky says Russian representatives should be present at second Peace Summit
The head of state announced this at a press conference on Monday, Ukrinform reports.
"I believe that representatives of Russia should be present at the second Peace Summit," Zelensky said.
He added that preparations for the second Peace Summit should be completed in November this year.
"We will continue going according to this plan. If these three points work [the first three points of the Peace Formula that were considered at the Peace Summit in Switzerland — nuclear and food security and the release of prisoners of war and the return of children], a full plan for the implementation of all points will be ready. I set a goal to have a plan completely ready in November. Therefore, everything will be ready for the second summit," Zelensky said.

He noted that there was already a plan for meetings at the level of minister-councilors on security issues for the coming months.
"In late July or early August, there will be the first meeting of the ministers-councilors on security issues, as we promised, regarding the conclusions of the first Peace Summit. The meeting will most likely take place in Qatar. There will be a fully prepared energy security plan. In August, there will be a meeting in Turkey on free navigation, where the issue of food security will be raised and the plan will be fully develed. In September, there will be a meeting in Canada regarding the humanitarian dimension — the exchange of prisoners and the return of children. A plan will be develed there," Zelensky said.
The first Peace Summit was held in the Swiss resort of Burgenstock on June 15-16. Three points of Vodymyr Zelensky's Peace Formula were discussed at the summit, including nuclear security, food security and the humanitarian dimension — the exchange of prisoners and the return of kidnapped Ukrainian children. A communique was signed at the summit, which is en for accession.
